• You are able to do rapid prototyping (digital or paper) as well as high fidelity designs
  
• You have experience with interaction design
  

Soft skills:

• You can effectively advocate for users while meeting business needs
  
• You collaborate with patience and diplomacy
  
• You are a good listener and team player
  
• You feel comfortable working in multicultural and global environment
  
• You're self-motivated and don't require micro-management
  
• Among your effective communication skills are:
  
• Presentation skills (able to confidently share work with stakeholders and leadership)
  
• Negotiation skills
  
• Facilitation skills
  
• Ability to share and accept feedback respectfully
  
• You demonstrate empathy, not only towards project end-users
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  
• Experience with complex projects
  
• Experience with Figma
  
• 3-5 years of experience in UXD or similar role
  
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design or equivalent experience
  

Qualifications welcomed but not mandatory:

• Experience working in Agile environment
  
• Experience with defining user stories
