This is the Lead position of the prototype, pre-serial and spare parts production department. The employee is fully responsible for all-day supervision over production process in order to fulfill the production plan and meeting quality, quantity and deadline requirements towards customers: organizing, monitoring and analyzing current situation
Managing the budget and profitability of spare parts production, prototype and preserial.
Cooperation with commercial department for spare part price negotiations and parts profitability
Cooperation with the sister plants for consolidation of F&B spare parts production in order to improve margin, floorspace usage and machine utilization
Coordinates and plans the production of prototypes and spare parts to keep all KPIs
Collaborates with the Program team and the local team (Program Engineers, Program Managers, Launch Engineers, Process Engineers and Quality Engineers) in introducing new products to prototype production or for handing over from prototype to (pre) serial production.
Works with the prototype ordering system in Windchill, responsible for direct communication with program team in English language
Tracking of proto material avaibiliy
Creates calculations of cost for prototypes production
Prepares estimates of processes, tools, equipment, machines for the production of prototypes.
Monitors prototype budget and costs based on approved and released budget.
Responsible for handing over tools, implements and machinery to prototype production.
Contact with the Quality Department to identify potential and actual problems for the client, initiating actions aimed at solving them
Responsibility for financial results concerning minimizing production costs
Preparing reports concerning production results for a given period and action plans in case of variation
Managing a team of subordinate employees respecting their competences and skills through:
Recruitment of employees
Providing proper information flow
Periodical employee assessment and feedback on implementing personal goals and development level
Providing proper training on work position
Creating and providing proper interpersonal relations and atmosphere at work through e.g. appropriate communication with the team and helping services
Motivating employees in order to achieve appropriate level of satisfaction, involvement and bond with the plant so that the team achieves
Developing knowledge of employees through training process
Providing knowledge support for subordinate employees
Achieving high efficiency and effectiveness of the team by caring for appropriate development of qualifications, skills and knowledge of employees by choosing suitable trainings for continuous improvement of competence needed at the position
Responsibility for discipline and order in the area
Building a security culture and the highest 6S standards in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies
