Join our new role of a Service Now SPM Domain Architect that focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within Service Now.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SPM solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs, including demand management, project and portfolio management, application portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Development of Service Now Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement Service Now solutions
- Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new Service Now functionalities
- Documentation of Service Now architecture for use internally
- Contribution to Service Now software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties
You will be a great fit for this role if you have…
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Service Now at least 4 years from implementation role
- CSA certificate is required, CIS SPM is a plus
- 4+ years of experience with scripting or programming (Java Script, SQL, DB)
- Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus
- Project management skills
- Advanced communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs
- Fluent English
- Other certifications related to Servicenow
- Knowledge of German language
