Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. The work model for the role is: hybrid Main Accountabilities: Corrective Maintenance coordination on ABB Robots Communication with the customer Arranging dates for service interventions – repairs after the Preventive Inspection Delegation of work to service technicians Quote based on parts recommended for replacement after maintenance Ordering Spare parts in SAP system Timely administration according to established procedures and requirements Processing of documents for invoicing Regular telephone and email contact with the customer Ordering and replenishment of Spare parts for warehouses in Prague/Mošnov
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school / Economic or Technical focus
Communicative English
Ability to work in a team, communication skills, flexibility
Responsibility, diligence, organization
