As a Productivity Lead you are going to take responsibility for all productivity projects within the Czech cluster (3 plants) and lead its execution.

As a Productivity Lead you are going to take responsibility for all productivity projects within the Czech cluster (3 plants) and lead its execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Govern cluster productivity process (monthly / annual)
- Lead, with cluster plants, execution of productivity agenda to deliver aligned category targets
- Provide strong functional input and oversee the productivity agenda in the individual plants in the cluster
- Work closely with leaders to ensure optimization, harmonization and effectiveness of using Lean-6-Sigma tools in cluster factories
- Lead or closely monitor major productivity/improvement projects for the Cluster
- Collaborate with Cluster Director, Cluster Financial Controller and Plant Managers in factories/cluster
- Drive cross cluster or cross country programs promoting cultural change towards 100% engagement and Zero waste mindset
What you will bring

- Experience of working on cross functional projects within integrated supply chain
- Leading and influencing cross-functional teams of indirect reports successfully
- University Degree
- Black Belt/Green Belt Certificate and good knowledge of Lean-6-Sigma program preferred
- Fluency in English
