What you can look forward to as Head of Global Process Management Warehouses?
- Inventory of existing processes and used technology
- Defining standard process model for Distribution Centre (DC) processes together with major stakeholders
- Defining target requirements for main processes relative to DC Role and Customer requirements
- Develop North Star processes and technology for future DC
- Implement Audit functionality to identify the Delta between North Star and existing processes
- Plan specific roadmap to develop in direction North Star processes based on Business Case and ZF Aftermarket Strategy.
- Works as GPE (Global Process Expert) for warehousing/distribution and supports the DPO (Divisional Process Owner) for Operations to keep process landscape up to date
- Align Budget Requirements for DC to develop in direction North Star.
- Follow up improvement processes with all major stakeholder and support where needed.
Your profile as a Head of Global Process Management Warehouses (or required skills and experience)?
- Project and Program Management
- 2+ years solid working experience in cost and performance analytics
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Transformation experience and organizational development skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Business and finance management expertise
- Result oriented approach
- Customer centricity
- Warehousing experience
