Monitoring and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
Supervision of Intrastat declarations and preparation of advance VAT returns
Preparation and preparation of the annual financial statements in cooperation with auditors and tax consultants
Preparation of monthly financial statements for management reporting
Taking over liquidity management including cash flow forecasting
Planning and implementation of regular controlling processes, including budget and forecast planning as well as regular analyses of the company's key performance indicators
Preparation of ad hoc analyses
Payroll and communication with authorities
Carrying out payroll and salary accounting
Communication with authorities and health insurance companies
Responsibility for submitting all statistical reports to the authorities
Personnel administration and development
In close coordination with the holding company in Germany - HR contact person on site
Administrative activities in the HR
Your profile:
Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on accounting, finance or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in financial, balance sheet and payroll accounting
Sound knowledge in the preparation of annual financial statements according to Czech GAAP, additional knowledge in the preparation according to HGB advantageous
Confident handling of SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel
Czech as a native language or business fluent in Czech, especially when dealing with authorities and offices
Business fluent in English or alternatively German
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
