Job Description:
Ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained at the manufacturing site and that the site is working in compliance with current Health and Safety legislation and with corporate guidelines
Perform regular Health and Safety inspections and audits, report findings
Provide advice and guidance in relation to Health & Safety throughout the organisation.
Updating of Health & Safety Statement in line with legislation
Assist in the development of project specific Health and Safety procedures.
Deliver site induction and toolbox talks.
Review and Approval of Site Specific Risk Assessments/Any other relevant Risk Assessments & ensuring risks are eliminated.
Contribute to all Accident and Incident Reports, including Reporting Documentation
Safeguard the company against any Health & Safety related issues.
To identify environmental and health & safety issues that may affect the company and safeguard the company against same
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
Ability to efficiently manage all environmental, health and safety issues on site.
Strong communication & computer skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Close attention to detail.
Good team-working skills.
Fluent Czech and English
