Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

Your responsibilities

• Final sales forecast quantity entered into the company planning system
• Securing the right level of Service and Inventories
• Define sales forecasting process and methods
• Define the monthly IBP cycle´s processes/ methodology and tool and drives Continuous Improvement

The experience we're looking for

• 2-3 years of previous experience in Demand/ Supply Planning
• Understanding of supply chain flow between manufacturing sites and market
• Structured approach to work and good follow-up discipline to manage portfolio of 150+ SKUs
• Strong ability to navigate well a dynamic environment to manage changes in terms of portfolio transitions or short term requests
• Skillset to manage and prioritize among requests efficiently
• Able to build strong relationship with different teams in the organization
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is required, planning system/s such as Kinaxis or SAP would be beneficial
• Good communication skills (fluent in English and Czech or Slovak)
• FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory
