To strengthen our Procurement team in Pilsen, we are looking for a
Buyer
Job Responsibilities:
Phase 1 – first year
- Procurement of local demand of Site Pilsen, including all necessary material and services
- Process coordination
- Negotiation of tenders
- Creating contracts with relevant contract clauses
- Processing of order confirmations with order follow-up and change management
- Invoice verification
- Post order processes like clarification of delivery dates, price deviations, claim management
Phase 2 – after one year
- Scope extended, also purchasing demand WACKER Germany, by using SAP tools
- Maintenance of master data (material master data, outline agreements, system settings for automatic order triggering) in SAP
- Process coordination
- Negotiation of tenders
- Creating contracts with relevant contract clauses
- Invoice verification
- Processing of order confirmations with order follow-up and change management
Job Requirements:
- Completed commercial education
- Communicative English
- Professional experience and experience in Procurement an advantage
- Broad system knowledge and process skills, especially with SAP purchasing systems and Ariba, knowledge of the functionalities as well as secure and fast application of the systems is an advantage
- Concentrated, fast and precise work
- Ability or willingness to quickly learn how to use new systems
- Willingness to travel to Burghausen, Germany for initial training as well as for exchange every few weeks
