We seek an experienced AIOps Architect with expertise in Public Cloud platforms, AIOps tools, and Pre-Sales for our Multicloud AIOPS team. You will design and implement AIOps solutions to optimize IT operations, support pre-sales processes, and develop pricing models.

Key Responsibilities:

AIOps Strategy & Architecture: Design and implement AI-driven solutions for automated IT operations, including monitoring, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and incident response. Integrate AIOps into complex IT environments.
AIOps Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like Ops Ramp, OBM, Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc. Recommend and implement AIOps tools to enhance incident management and root cause analysis.
Public Cloud Expertise: Design scalable, cloud-native solutions for Azure and AWS. Integrate AIOps with cloud infrastructure and guide best practices.
Pre-Sales & Pricing: Provide technical expertise in pre-sales, develop pricing strategies, and conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demos.
Solution Development & Deployment: Develop strategies for incident management and intelligent automation. Drive Proof of Concept (Po C) efforts.
Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor consultants and engineers, work with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on AIOps, cloud, and AI/ML trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in AIOps solutions and tools (Ops Ramp, OBM, Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).
Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ITSM tools (Service Now, BMC Remedy).
Experience in pre-sales, developing technical proposals, and solution presentations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Public Cloud.
Experience with ITSM platforms like Service Now.
Hands-on experience with AIOps tooling and automation (Ansible, Python, Ayehu).
Familiarity with pricing tools and licensing models for cloud and AI solutions.
