We are currently searching for bold and driven Travel Sales Consultants to be based in Costa Rica, who can work the hybrid work schedule. Our office in Costa Rica is located in Escazu Village, San Jose. Your goal is to generate sales and ensure all guests return home having had an enchanting travel experience which exceeded their expectations, and thus motivates them to return as our guests again. What we can offer:
Base salary with a monthly uncapped sales commission, public health insurance, 15 days of PTO plus Costa Rica public holidays, birthday PTO, educational travel, travel discounts, career growth.

What we are looking for:
Ability and ease in communicating with people with a diverse group of backgrounds and personalities.
Do you have a consistent track record in a B2C sales role, ideally within the travel or luxury goods sectors, have a laser like attention to detail and a drive to succeed?
3+ years of sales or client advisory experience preferably in the travel industry
Must have some travel experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, North or South America.
