Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our Technical Support team. This position will be specifically focused on providing exceptional service to Lutron's residential and commercial customers.
What you’re going to do:

Focus on technical problem solving to support customers’ needs on projects through technical guidance of Lutron products
Work on troubleshooting, Failure Analysis and Quality Procedures
Support warranty requests by following a root cause analysis
Interacting with current and future customers as the one-stop solution on product education, selection, and compatibility
Work through the organization, as the voice of the customer, to provide product feedback and problem-solving escalation
Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to customers

How you know you’re qualified:

You have a Professional-Technical degree in a Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical field
You have previous experience troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, or working in a technical support role
You are adaptable and resilient and possess great written and verbal communication skills
You are fluent in English
Teamwork approach, high sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Network, lighting, HVAC, audio, and video installation knowledge is a plus
Availability to travel through United states
