Responsibilities:
- Complete a 2-month training program within one of our LOBs.
- Specific Training will occur during the first month of the internship.
- Nesting will take place during the second month. In this time, the intern will work on cases that provide the same quality standards during this stage. Performance will be reviewed based on production metrics. In addition, they will be evaluated with case wellness Reviews from the quality department and team manager reviews.
Qualifications:
- A Recent IT graduate or currently pursuing a Technical Education High school diploma.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Strong English Skills (B2/85%) or Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
