Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer with experience in Salesforce, Salesforce Development, and Dev Ops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating customer-facing documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and certification content. A proven track record in customer success or technical account management is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive customer-facing documentation for Flosum Dev Ops, Backup and Archive, Trust Center, and Data Migrator.
Create engaging and informative training and certification materials that cater to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Continuously update and maintain existing documentation and training materials to reflect the latest product updates and industry best practices.
Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and best practices.
Assist in developing knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other self-help resources to support customer success.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that supports product launches and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer focusing on Salesforce, Salesforce Development, and Dev Ops.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the Salesforce platform.
Strong understanding of Development standards and Dev Ops. Bonus if you have experience with Flosum Dev Ops.
Previous experience in customer success or technical account management is highly desirable.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and e-learning platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Salesforce or related technologies.
Experience creating multimedia content, including video tutorials and interactive e-learning modules.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical writing and documentation.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
