Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer with experience in Salesforce, Salesforce Development, and Dev Ops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating customer-facing documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and certification content. A proven track record in customer success or technical account management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive customer-facing documentation for Flosum Dev Ops, Backup and Archive, Trust Center, and Data Migrator.
  • Create engaging and informative training and certification materials that cater to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Continuously update and maintain existing documentation and training materials to reflect the latest product updates and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Assist in developing knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other self-help resources to support customer success.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that supports product launches and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer focusing on Salesforce, Salesforce Development, and Dev Ops.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Development standards and Dev Ops. Bonus if you have experience with Flosum Dev Ops.
  • Previous experience in customer success or technical account management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Salesforce or related technologies.
  • Experience creating multimedia content, including video tutorials and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical writing and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
