Job Summary

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Applying a rigorous method to system decomposition.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and support to software development teams.
- Helping to design project plans that deliver designs to production on time, on quality and on budget.
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- Expert in modern cross-platform .NET (version 6 and above).
- Experience of Event Sourcing / CQRS patterns.
- Working knowledge of building Twelve-Factor applications for infrastructure agnostic deployments, e.g. Azure, on-premises, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience of Azure is desirable.
- Understanding of Asynchronous systems / Eventual Consistency / Message Buses.
- SOA / Micro-service approaches and cost vs count.
- Familiarity with information management practices.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong modelling capability with the ability to clearly represent complex ideas graphically.
- Familiar with a variety of modelling approaches, tools, and model repositories.
- Beneficial knowledge of Infrastructure As Code (preferably Terraform).
- Strong test automation experience covering unit tests, integration tests, non-functional, contract testing etc.
- Use of various Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools preferably Git Hub Actions / Azure Dev Ops.
- Micro-service architectural approaches.
