We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager - Salesforce Dev Ops to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical success and overall satisfaction of our customers. You will provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops processes, driving efficiency and reliability in their Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding: Provide a white-glove onboarding experience post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition and technical success for assigned customers.
Technical Leadership: Advise customers on Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops best practices, offering thought leadership on evolving trends in Salesforce and Dev Ops.
Enhancing Delivery Pipelines: Improve customers' software delivery pipelines, increasing efficiency and scalability of their Salesforce implementations.
Technical Guidance: Offer mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to Dev Ops principles and best practices.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with users and managers, maintaining strong technical and relationship perspectives.
Value Communication: Consistently communicate the value of our products through creative and effective methods.
Feature Adoption: Encourage the adoption of new features and enhancements, providing necessary training to customers.
Continuous Value Delivery: Ensure continuous value delivery to support successful customer renewals.
Escalation Management: Manage escalation points and touchpoints throughout the customer journey, scheduling meetings and providing detailed recaps.
Product Feedback: Gather and prioritize product feedback and recommendations from customers for the development team.
Documentation: Draft client-facing documentation, including support articles, FAQs, release notes, and participate in regular customer webinars.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, interfacing with stakeholders and supporting customer technical implementations.
Salesforce Expertise: Strong Salesforce admin skills are required. Salesforce certifications and development skills are preferred.
Dev Ops Proficiency: Proven experience as a Dev Ops Architect or Engineer with a successful track record in large-scale projects.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with client technical teams about Dev Ops processes.
Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a commitment to customer success.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a positive attitude and natural problem-solving abilities.
