Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead - CHD with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in Order Fulfillment and Product Content & Info Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of professionals in the Order Fulfillment and Product Content & Info Management domains.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment processes.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product content management.
Monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and solutions.
Train new team members on best practices and company procedures.
Address and resolve any issues that arise in the order fulfillment process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel to analyze and manage data effectively.
