Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Voice and a keen interest in Order Fulfillment Marketing & Branding Order Planning and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring smooth order processing to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions through various communication channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Provide support in marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the companys market presence and customer engagement.
Assist in order planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain management.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints to maintain customer loyalty.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to customer service and order fulfillment activities.
