Your ‘day to day’
This role Is responsible for supporting Central America & Caribbean ITM strategy and implementation of global PMI Talent Management and Development initiatives in our markets.
Talent, Performance Management and Development
Support in identifying learning needs and help in deploying leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage, and develop their teams.
Provide inputs to facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives.
Together with ITM (Manager Integrated Talent Management) and P&C Managers support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning, and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles.
Support and coordinate the implementation of global processes, such as Talent Reviews and Performance Management
Execute and/or coordinate implementation of Talent / Performance Management initiatives to advance building organizational capabilities.
Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on proper implementation of the global process cycle.
Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning
Provide support to ITM Manager and Business partner to design and evolve an integrated approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviors required to deliver the Affiliate strategy.
Who we are looking for:
Education: degrees include business management / administration, HR Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development
Work Experience:
Professional experience with proven records in Business Management, HR Management
Experience in Talent Management, HR, or correlated areas.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Experience and success in leading and developing teams.
Skills:
P&C key capabilities: data driven; business focused & experience led.
