Business Process Delivery professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
The STP Helpdesk Agent will be responsible for all helpdesk related processes within Source-to-Pay.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting supplier with any queries, perform queue management and perform other tasks in accordance with the DTP
Maintain communication during production using relevant tools and ensuring smooth transitions when change or maintenance is required.
Resolve/assign Cases; Drive to root cause resolution for issues.
Provides support to the Business Units regarding payment inquiries
Respond to vendor inquiries
Communicate any process improvement opportunities and escalate identified gaps between DTP documentation and actual process steps to Team Leads
Support other supplier enablement initiatives in line with our mission
Adherence to client’s policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree or 1+ year of professional work experience
Experience in Finance/Accounting/STP end to end process
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or accounting
Experience with Oracle ERP accounting system
Client industry experience is a plus
Previous accounting experience preferably in AP
Experience managing project operations to daily goals and deliverables
Experience in technical work environments with tech savvy teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Schedule flexibility
Reporting and analytics experience

Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
Must be a good team player and able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client, and third-party staff at all levels
