The Campaign Developer will focus on marketing automation development using languages like HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, and scripting languages for the campaign orchestration, audiences' creation, and maintenance, and monitoring of the automated jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret the marketing architecture of the martech ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with DBAs, AWS admins, and other related teams to ensure the correct functionality of the different marketing platforms
Translate technical aspects into business language
Campaign orchestration (automation configuration, coordination of marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and implementations).
Collaboration with other team members to confirm the feasibility of integrating the solution with other tools and platforms.
Review and interpretation of technical requests associated with SFMC.
Recognize opportunities for coding efficiencies
Troubleshoot the different integrations of the marketing ecosystem
Manages client and team expectations throughout delivery; flags risks and issue escalations related to the campaigns.
Monitors the platform availability and runs analysis to detect possible issues and fix them appropriately
Build and maintain forms and landing pages from scratch.

Basic Qualifications
2-4 years of marketing experience, including campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations.
A developer background in Java Script (intermediate/advanced), code validation, SQL (database queries), HTML, CSS (basic)
High school diploma
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven experience developing responsive templates (for web or email)
Third-party code implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
API build & consumption.
Client service delivery experience.
Prioritization and documentation skills
Advanced English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Relational and non-relational database experience
Intermediate knowledge of responsive & fluid code optimized for email
ADA best practices and implementation for emails.
QA and troubleshooting experience with email optimization tools (EOA, Litmus, Putsmail, Return Path)
Knowledge about email legal compliance
Experience across more than one Industry, e.g., Life Sciences, Retail, and Financial Services.
