About your new role:
The Sales Operations Specialist is a dynamic and versatile role designed to support the Sales teams through a variety of tasks and special projects. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely completion of initiatives that drive the sales team's success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is a 100% Remote, Full-Time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a constant stream of special projects with varying degrees of complexity.
- Actioning follow-ups from events, administering Sales Maps, and managing Partner Lists
- Coordinate with regional Salespersons on partner mapping exercises, ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date.
- Convert call recordings and transcriptions into process playbooks and Knowledge Base articles.
- Develop and maintain training materials to alleviate knowledge gaps within the Sales team.
- Assist with customer RFP logistics and response preparation.
- Track and administer internal contests, ensuring timely awarding of prizes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to formalize event management logistics, including pre-event calls, deliverables, and calendar tracking.
- Oversee SWAG delivery and manage requests for gift cards related to referrals and references.
- Collect and manage requests from Sales for content, software features, and quote tools.
- Coordinate product rollouts by managing documentation and playbooks, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and training teams.
- Centralize and manage competitive intelligence data for easy access and utilization by the Sales team.
- Administer and organize training documentation for new Sales hires, managing syllabi, recorded sessions, and action items.
- Support leadership with customer onboarding requests and MSAs through the Case system.
What you'll need for success:
- Proven experience in a support or management role within a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with event management and logistics.
- Knowledge of content management systems and competitive intelligence tools.
