Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our company’s goals and culture, driving consistent growth and revenue.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team of at least five members, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, areas for improvement, and strategies to outpace the competition.
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of service that keeps them coming back.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize our offerings, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management with actionable insights.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, building a team that shares our passion and commitment to success.
Create a positive team environment, acting as a coach, motivator, and mentor, where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a professional services environment.
3+ years of experience leading a sales team, demonstrating strong people management skills, and successfully mentoring and developing sales professionals.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
A results-oriented, customer-centric mindset that drives both individual and team success.
Experience with managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA would be a plus.
