You will be essential in growing our network and enhancing client relationships through various platforms. Sales Development Representative responsibilities include:
Identify and qualify leads and present our services compellingly.
Calling prospective clients
Build and maintain client relationships
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
Job brief We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and assist our Sales and Business Development team by reaching out to potential B2B clients through phone calls and emails. We have a long list of prospects who have shown interest in our services and need follow-up. The responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include interacting with interested prospects and arranging meetings with our sales representatives. Responsibilities · Qualifying leads as sales opportunities · Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and Linked In messages · Presenting our company to potential clients · Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services · Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative · Keep a detailed log of calls · Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Requirements and skills · Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, sales, B2B, Sales Development Representative, or similar roles. · Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) · Experience with CRM software · Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) · Understanding of sales performance metrics · Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills · Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail · Excellent phone etiquette · A professional and courteous disposition · Persuasive and results-oriented · A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred · Native Level English spoken and written required Base salary USD $700 - $900 uncapped commissions Signing bonus available Schedule: M-F – Business hours BYOD (Bring your own device) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₡362,570.00 - ₡466,161.00 per month
