We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to start their career and join our growing business and work with our team in Costa Rica serving the US market. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospective customers for Cloud Pay, dealing closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. This role will provide the necessary training and give you excellent exposure to working with other departments within Cloud Pay such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations as and when required.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Cloud Pay as a viable alternative to competitive globally managed payroll solutions
Help develop customers into key references for Cloud Pay
Evangelize and educate the market on Cloud Pay’s globally managed payroll solution
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large and medium enterprise companies
Establish, build and nurture business relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the key challenges they face, future projects, and plans to address their business needs with Cloud Pay
Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities
Be a trusted member of the sales team, collaborate with regional sales leaders and with marketing to define a joint strategy for developing the business
Attributes and Experience Required:
Have a passion for innovating and the ability to convey a vision of the intrinsic potential of Cloud Pay solutions on their business
Sales development, customer service, or consultancy background, preferably within the HCM/Payroll or similar industry
Excellent spoken and written English language capabilities
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and high-performing environment
Knowledge of working with Hub Spot or CRM equivalent is a plus
Highly motivated, tenacious and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree will be preferred, but not essential
