The IT Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of network and server infrastructure. Additionally, they will be responsible for aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals. This role also involves assessing risks, and implementing security measures for network and data storage and communication systems. A strong understanding of technology and the ability to coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance are required. The IT Manager will provide first-line technical support to end-users and members.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Risk Assessment
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- IT Security
- TEI System Maintenance
- Technology Advisory
- Coordination of Residential Services in conjunction with the IT infrastructure for homes
Required Attitudes/Behaviors:
- Service-oriented approach to issues
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines on projects
- Quick reactionary thinking when approaching complex issues
- Take a “step back” approach to look at the “big picture”
Required Experience, Abilities, and/or Skills:
- Experience working with Cisco (preferably Meraki) appliances and devices
- Experience coordinating installations, upgrades and maintenance of technology
- Ability to assess and administer a broad range of Network systems and applications
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Preferred to have earned Cisco CCNA Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional
Health and Safety Needs:
- This position may require standing, walking around the property, carrying heavy IT equipment, bending over to install equipment, and other physical activities. It's essential to follow the provided safety guidelines to prevent ergonomic-related risks and ensure a safe working environment.
