Instructor’s Primary Responsibilities:

Lead new hire onboarding and ongoing learning activities

Provide continuous learning and upskilling for experienced employees
-
Drive process improvements by collaborating with business leaders
-
Create and schedule in person classes
-
Create e Learning courses, assessments, and certifications
-
Meet with clients and stakeholders
-
Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations
-
Report on training activities to clients and stakeholders
-
Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
-
Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in training or position of primary training is required
-
Fluency in Spanish and English – C1 Level
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Tools
-
Background in sales or sales training
-
Strong foundation in adult learning methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Experience working in cloud technology, IT training, or a related field
-
Microsoft-related training
-
Learning Management System experience creating courses, sessions, class attendance, and managing reports
