KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Requisitos del Puesto
- Lead and supervise all activities of the Human Resources department.
- Develop and maintain the organizational climate.
- Manage talent and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts.
- Implement training and development programs.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experiencia Deseada
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of managerial or leadership experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Solid knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
- Fluent in English, B2-C1, advanced Excel.
- 100% on-site role.
- Full-time, on-site position, San Rafael, Alajuela.
