We are looking for a front desk manager who can maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Managing the front desk team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Addressing guest issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Overseeing the reservation system and room assignments.
- Training: Training new employees on hotel policies and procedures.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
