The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to Accenture Song and works with clients across their Marketing, Commerce and Services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following

Digital marketing strategy/ campaigns: Study economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

Web, SEO/SEM, database marketing material: Work on emails, social media, consumer marketing, BTL and display advertising campaigns.

Assess customer experience, marketing and advertising process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe

New campaign strategies and strategize marketing plans : Work across all channels and devices and design measurement and reporting framework to assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Work on Digital Marketing, Online Media Planning, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing: Deep-dive into Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, PPC, Content marketing, Social analytics and ORM tools

Requirement Gathering: Interacting with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and objectives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and reviewing documentation to gather requirements for business processes, systems, and software.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help in making informed business decisions. This may involve using tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized data analysis software.

Process Improvement: Evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and other project artifacts.

Apply designing skills for new campaign strategies: Work on strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices

Support development of business cases for marketing use cases and solutions: Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions

Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders

MBA from a tier 1 institute or equivalent experience
-
Overall experience of 4+ years with at least 2+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.)

Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
-
Working experience on consumer base management campaigns (Upsell/ Cross-sell and Retention)

Hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe, Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Pega decisioning, SFMC etc.

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments

Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMRush, etc.)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
