CRTO Engineer / Clean Room Engineer Supervisor
Amentum is looking for a CRTO Engineer / Clean Room Engineer Role to join our Operations Team.
The CRTO Engineer / Clean Room Engineer is a position that manages and supervises all activities related to the optimal functioning of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring continuity of operations according to customer specifications and creating a pleasant environment where the experience is of maximum support and safety. Generate processes, reports, walkthroughs, audits, and any additional administrative requirements that the business needs.
This position requires a high level of customer service, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:
- General knowledge of electromechanical systems (pump systems, vacuum systems, oil-free air, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, etc.).
- Coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for clean room equipment.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer generated work request/work orders to address and resolve findings related to the scope of the department.
- Report findings related to Micro-contamination situations and compile the necessary data to generate reports to take action as defined by the Micro-contamination Department.
- Review, track, and improve department metrics.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain all necessary spare parts on site for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform regulatory audits of assigned systems.
- Maintain and create all required documentation for CRTO.
- General knowledge of the ISO 7/8 cleanroom standard.
- Production equipment maintenance background.
- High level of attention and communication with System Owner CS, MFG, EHS.
- Execution of clean room audits with CS Intel and MFG.
- Development of AAR's, registration and update of ILM system.
- PTP support and review.
- General administrative support to the soft services department.
- Creation and monitoring of work orders.
- Manage small projects.
- This position require knowledge with CMMS System.
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree in engineering in one of the following disciplines: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrate experience.
- Power BI (or similar database app) and Microsoft Office Software knowledge.
- 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and electromechanical systems.
- B2 English.
- Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
- Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.
- Organizational skills with the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and interact with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel to effectively support a multi-discipline team environment.
- Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
- This position requires an individual that possess a competitive attitude, is results oriented, is organized, a problem solver, a team player, customer service oriented, superior communication skills.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required.
- May be required to work holidays and weekends.
