Amentum is looking for a CRTO Engineer / Clean Room Engineer Supervisor Role to join our Operations Team.
The CRTO Engineer / Clean Room Engineer is a position that manages and supervises all activities related to the optimal functioning of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring continuity of operations according to customer specifications and creating a pleasant environment where the experience is of maximum support and safety. Generate processes, reports, walkthroughs, audits, and any additional administrative requirements that the business needs.
This position requires a high level of customer service, communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
General knowledge of electromechanical systems (pump systems, vacuum, oil-free air, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, etc.).
Coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for clean room equipment.
Coordinate and follow up on customer generated work request/work orders to address and resolve findings related to the scope of the department.
Report findings related to Micro-contamination situations and compile the necessary data to generate reports to take action as defined by the Micro-contamination Department.
Review, track and improve department metrics.
Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain all necessary spare parts on site for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform regulatory audits of assigned systems.
Maintain all documentation for your area and create new documentation.
General knowledge of the ISO 7/8 cleanroom standard.
Production equipment maintenance background.
Attention and communication with System Owner CS, MFG, EHS.
Execution of clean room audits with CS Intel.
Execution of clean room audits with MFG.
Development of AAR's, registration and update of ILM system.
PTP support and review.
General administrative support to the soft services department.
Creation and monitoring of work orders.
Small projects management.
Additional Information:
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrate experience.
Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database app.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and electromechanical systems is required for this position.
B2 English title or demonstrated experience (is a plus).
Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
Soft Skill such as: Competitive, results oriented, organize, problem solving, customer services oriented, great communication skills.

Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
Other Attributes:
Must be willing to work overtime when required.
May be required to work holidays and weekends.
