As a Compensation Analyst you will analyze and establish competitive compensation programs, development and provide compensation guidance to HR, other departments and business leadership to accomplish various objectives. This role can be remote within Costa Rica with the ability to travel to the office approximately once per month.
How you’ll make an impact:
Perform moderately complex analysis (e.g., incumbent analysis) and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Create job profiles and evaluate benchmarking data
Participate in compensation surveys – collection of data, submissions & uploads, downloads of data to system, etc.
Collaborate in special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
Resolve issues and response to inquiries to compensation programs (e.g., Pay Review).

What you’ll need (required):
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience
Experience working in Excel
Fluent in both English and Spanish
What else we look for (preferred):
Prior experience working in compensation or payroll
Experience working with Workday and/or Service Now
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point, and related compensation data management tools
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and assigned client group(s), and representing the organization on specific projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative, relationship management, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Strict attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
