WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome to BCG Global IT! We are seeking a strong candidate to fill the Global IT Cloud Security Engineer position with the Cloud Platform Engineering team at BCG.
You will be working in a Security Engineering, Architecture, and Automation capacity across BCG’s global network to drive and support improvements based on new and emerging trends. Areas of focus will include driving security and automation across our multi-cloud hybrid environment, optimizing core services and ensuring services are built to meet compliance requirements, and working with architecture on future improvements.

• Implement cloud network and security infrastructure utilizing Terraform and other automation tools
  

• Shape operational capabilities and help define cloud network and cloud security strategy
  

• Drive implementation, innovation, and continuous improvement for BCG’s cloud security services
  

• Work closely with peers and colleagues across the Cloud Platform Engineering, Secure Infrastructure Platforms, Information Security, and IT Service teams to ensure that implementation and operations is aligned with standards and performs to high reliability and availability specifications

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 
  Subject matter expertise (5 years) with NGFWs, WAFs, multi-cloud networking, and cloud security architecture
  

(specifically, Palo Alto, AWS, and Azure)

• Success deploying security policies with WAF and NGFWs in both AWS and Azure
  

• Success deploying large scale AWS and Azure environments utilizing Dev Ops tools and methods (CI/CD, Git, Git Actions, Ia C) capable of meeting dynamic business requirements
  

• Solid understanding with AWS and Azure cloud networking, endpoints, load balancers, and containers/Kubernetes
  

• Strong cloud troubleshooting skills, and expertise in quickly identifying and remediating root cause
  

• Strong skills with Ia C tools like Terraform, AWS Cloudformation, and Azure ARM
  

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
  

• Experience with Google cloud and Alibaba cloud is a plus
  

• Solid understanding of firewall security policy tuning with tools like Algosec
  

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; command of additional languages will be considered a plus
