Provide a seamless and positive experience for all learning system users (e.g., end-users, instructors, and content owners). Represent and support the multi-faceted global quality training system program
You will make an impact by...
- Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolving basic issues for the assigned organization
- Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion
- Responsible for conducting basic data tasks (e.g., uploading Form 170 training transcript records and creating employee profile)
- Provide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level of data quality and integrity, as well as propose solutions for, and execute data clean-up efforts
- Provide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or provide back-end reporting support during a regulatory audit
- Resolve routine systems issues from customer support tickets in partnership with team members
- Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
- H.S. Diploma
- 1 year of relevant work experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

- Previous Troubleshooting experience
- Proficient in English
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience with Quality compliance
- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
- High level of self-directed initiative, organizational and recordkeeping skills, and attention to detail, required
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to the quality programs
