Associate Representative, Training Systems (Hybrid)

Provide a seamless and positive experience for all learning system users (e.g., end-users, instructors, and content owners). Represent and support the multi-faceted global quality training system program

Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolving basic issues for the assigned organization
Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion
Responsible for conducting basic data tasks (e.g., uploading Form 170 training transcript records and creating employee profile)
Provide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level of data quality and integrity, as well as propose solutions for, and execute data clean-up efforts
Provide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or provide back-end reporting support during a regulatory audit
Resolve routine systems issues from customer support tickets in partnership with team members

What you'll need (Required):
H.S. Diploma
1 year of relevant work experience Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Previous Troubleshooting experience
Proficient in English
Previous Customer Service Experience
Previous experience with Quality compliance
Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
Must be able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
High level of self-directed initiative, organizational and recordkeeping skills, and attention to detail, required
Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to the quality programs
Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Must be able to work in a team environment
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
