The Associate HR executes the HR activities in an employee life cycle; Monitor joining/training numbers at hiring to plan for deployment in the unit; prepare Workforce management dashboard in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness, timely reporting to business of the critical Employee areas and effectively execute resource deployment within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Organize employee engagement activities, enablement sessions and prepares pre-and post-onboarding communication.
Responsibilities
HR Operations
Plans, executes and monitors HR activities in a employee life cycle from pre-joining to exit management as per the defined guidelines in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness
Maintaining database of employee information in respective formats
Weekly and monthly reporting of HR metrics
HR Helpdesk session on floor / ODC
Employee Assistance
Handles escalations of payroll and C&B unable to close. Establishes and reviews process documents and guidelines for improved employee experience
Manages Payroll queries and collates need Payroll /Attendance management system for Workforce reporting
Streamlines and manages the needed changes in Payroll systems and mechanisms
Manages Exit employees' queries and Liquidation closures
Employee Assimilation
Executes activities as per the unit-specific process at the DC/DU. Obtain feedback and collates metrics of assimilation for all employees at the DU/DC to check the effectiveness of the on boarding process.
Drive calendarizing engagement activities on floor and manage Mo M, issuance of letters, employee connects, Skips, FGDs and also employee initiative programs
Executing Disciplinary processes and due management of records
Vendor Management
Liaison with Vendors and co-ordinates with various stakeholders for vendor procurement and invoicing.
Event management of onsite activities.
Qualifications Basic
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum two years of experience related to the job description
Preferred Qualifications:
Eye for detail to ensure high accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work well under pressure.
Understanding of HR principles and concepts an understanding of the service offerings of the HR.
Can prioritize tasks of different relative importance in own area of work based on criticalities and interdependencies in the project. Proactively plans and identifies critical inputs, analyses data.
Very good organizational skills, including note taking, follow ups etc.
Location: Santana, San Jose - 100% onsite and work on weekends required.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
