Cloud Engineer - Remote in Colombia
Main Activities / Responsibilities:

Controls the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CIs under ITSM Tools.
- Define, implement and maintain massive automation of CMDB Discovery.
- Work closely with Cloud Service Providers, SREs and Cloud Engineers to assist in Activities required for CI Compliance and identify orphaned CI or Noncompliant CI in the Digital Center Cloud Service Provider Accounts and On-Premise Data Centers.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports and executive summaries that can be consumed by all levels of the organization to better inform and facilitate decision making.
- Collaborate in Service Transition / Demand process to ensure ITSM Compliance in Configuration Management Process.
- Check Business Continuity requirements for new and existing Solutions on Digital Center Catalog
- Ensure excellence in Health & Safety (H&S) by providing visible leadership and driving for the execution of the basics of the H&S operating model and adherence to Group H&S standards and policies.
- To assist in ensuring that the Infrastructure & Operations practices & processes are aligned with:
- business objectives and priorities (Health & Safety, Communication, Distribution Model,
Innovation, …)
- the IT infrastructure standards and strategy
- the Identity Management Systems
- the Business Systems
- the IT Security Policies and Directives
- the Demand ,Project Portfolio and Finance Management Policies and standards.
Profile Required:
- Level of education/qualifications normally required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- ITIL v3 or V4 qualification.
- Desirable to have one or more of the following:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- ITIL 4 Strategic Leader
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional
- ITIL V3 Expert
- Scrum Master
Specific work experience:
- Experience working with offshore outsourcing organizations.
- Experience working as part of a complex global matrix organization.
- At least 4 years of experience in domain.
Technical / functional skills:
- A background in Cloud technology Services Catalogs.
- Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices.
- Experience in ITSM tools and Processes
- Expert knowledge of understanding of Cloud providers service offering (mostly
Paa S and Iaa S).
- Experience working with ETL - Analytics is desirable.
- Experience working with APIs, CLI and SDKs is desirable
- Understanding of application lifecycle management
- Experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Python, Java,
C/C++, Ruby, JSON, YAML and Java Script) is Desirable
- Experience developing and implementing IT standards, policies and procedures.
- Awareness of Operations role and constraints in a worldwide and outsourced IT
organization.
- Broad range of understanding of Data Centre shared infrastructure and associated
technologies
- Ability to understand and deliver infrastructure services which are provided on a
24x7x365 basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 or from 8 to 5 to be determined.
