Process Level 2 Client Payrolls
Check timesheets for accuracy
Enter data into payroll system and necessary spreadsheets
Setup new hires in payroll system and save new employee forms
Process direct deposit and paper checks for distribution
Send necessary payroll reports timely to client
Process wage garnishments, payroll advances, etc. with no errors
Process New Hire Paperwork including deductions, withholdings, etc. with no errors
Analyze and respond to inquiries regarding paychecks
Reconcile payroll liabilities
Perform Verifications of Employment
Payroll Audits
Certified Payroll Reports
Overcommunicate with the team and clients on pertinent information
Look for red flags when appropriate to ensure fraud protection for clients
Communicating with clients mainly be via email.
