Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Supply the market with product (finished goods and visibility items) that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull. Manage the supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility and efficiency. Plan, execute and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the organization. Implement and manage Red Bull standard operations processes for both finished goods and advertising material in cooperation with the Red Bull international operations team. Manage key relationships with third party logistics providers and distribution partner(s). Constantly define, monitor, and manage appropriate structures for country specific processes that support internal stakeholders as effectively and efficiently as possible. Responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the cost related activities within the logistics and operations area. Support sales area to offer better logistic solutions to customers and the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure constant product availability in order to run the Red Bull business successfully.
Forecasting, planning and inventory management of the entire order cycle of finished goods and advertising material to satisfy the commercial objectives as stated within the Business Plan, and in the subsequent trade sales forecasts. Drive S&OP meetings with internal key contacts, to monitor and constantly optimize these processes.
Intense communication with all Red Bull stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure optimal operational efficiencies and support them in the most effective way for the company.
Define and implement strategies and best practices for handling of advertising and event materials.
Implement, train and manage an Integrated Business Planning process in the company, ensuring 360 visibility and keeping active communication with HQ, LATAM and Local leadership team.
Partner management with Red Bull third party logistics providers. Defining, monitoring and improving Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Build an Operations department that will cater for the future of business of Red Bull.
Be mindful of the environmental impact of Red Bull's operation and focus on reducing or mitigating adverse impacts. Having a net zero mindset, developing local sustainability activities.
Promote internal efficiencies and sustainable initiatives for an efficient management of resources.
Support internal stakeholders in matters concerning planning, innovation, sourcing, production, delivery, and quality.
Strive for premium quality, optimized costs, continuous innovation, and process excellence.
Define, develop, and manage Services initiatives, such as fleet and facilities.
End responsibility of budget setting and all costs incurred in the operations area. Upon analysis implementation of cost savings programs.
Benchmarking against internal and external benchmarks to ensure structure and process efficiency.
Implement all Red Bull Operations Quality Standards as defined by the Red Bull International Quality Department.
Ensure timely and effective distribution of finished goods and advertising material to the customers in accordance with the sales and marketing plans.
Develop and implement all purchasing policies, outsource guidelines, and procedures (bid proposals, qualification of vendors, requirements documentation, etc.) in conjunction with HQ and all departments with specific requirements.
Verify that all operational activities comply with Safety – Health – Environment requirements (code of conduct).
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS University Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.). Specialized qualifications in Logistics / Supply Chain, demand planning will be valuable.
EXPERIENCE
A least 5 years of previous work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain/ Demand Planning, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Experience in international supply chain in a group context.
Experience managing warehousing, logistics and transportation processes within a 3PL environment.
