As a Logistics Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Track and trace loads and update their status in the systems (loadboards, portals and TMS), making sure the updates are accurate and on time and responding to inbound and outbound calls, SMS or email.
Provide accurate information and updates regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and any related concerns.
Respond to customer and carrier emails promptly and professionally.
Conduct activity mapping exercises to optimize processes for Tech-enabled Talent.
Provide support in defining activities for our Flex program initiatives.

Minimum requirements:
Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, back office, operations, logistics, tracking shipments and/or related.
Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at We Work Santa Fe Medellín.
