Customer Service Representative Barranquilla 100% On site position Schedule: 9hs/day - 2 OFFs: Rotative days off and and shift will rotate between 7am to 9pm - These changes will be published by client before the start of the month. TASKS: Customer Service Representative: Global customer support operations provided 24 hours and 7 days a week to handle on/offline chat services, provide voice support to the Customer and its application users, that consists of the following: 1. Handle back office tickets and provide 7*24h online enquiry and chat services to customers. 2. Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools. 3. Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation. 4. Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks. 5. Service Provider shall recruit a team of dedicated customer service representatives who are skilled in the relevant language and fulfill the required basic industry background as stipulated by the Customer for the projects.
