What will you do
Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager, FP&A is a key member of the Latin America Finance organization. This role requires a high level of interaction and close partnership with Latin America leadership, Global FP&A organization, Controllership, Treasury, Supply Chain, Enterprise Business Functions and is responsible for:
- Consolidation and shaping of the regional financial result of Kenvue, including full P&L, Segment reporting, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow ownership for management reporting and key planning cycles.
- Leading the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process and preparing financial updates for Latin America North leadership, with direct partnership with the Finance director of the cluster.
- Proactively managing risks and opportunities in Latin America North, partnering with local teams to be ahead of trends and impacts.
- Drive technology advancement within FP&A community including One Stream enhancement and advanced analytics deployment.
- Contribute to the design of new processes to drive Kenvue ways of working.
- Cluster SG&A overseeing for consolidation and variation analysis.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- At least 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience
- Must be highly motivated with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, agile and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into opportunities and drive processes improvement.
- Ability to work independently, handle several tasks simultaneously, self-prioritize and balance workload.
- Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Possess strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills, to successfully lead and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power Point and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification
- Prior experience managing and developing people
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Prior FP&A experience
- Exposure to financial planning & reporting systems and tools
