About the role:
The Director, People & Culture Latin America at BCD Meetings & Events is responsible for overseeing all People & Culture functions in Latam countries. They act as the main contact for the Latam Senior Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and BCD employment policies. This role involves managing a team of People & Culture professionals across various Latam countries and being the point of escalation for HR matters at a regional level.




This role requires a bachelor's degree, a minimum of twelve years of HR experience, including seven years in people management, and experience using HR information systems.
