About Your Business Area/Department:
The Service Management Team is responsible for seamless delivery and support of our software solution. We are highly focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through continuous improvement.

Summary of the role:

As a Software Support Analyst, you provide dedicated high-quality support to our software customers with high quality customer support through assistance, problem-resolution and issue-tracking that adheres to our standards of service.

In this role you’ll:
  • Handle software-related requests for assistance;
  • Troubleshoot software issues and identify the root causes;
  • Analyze software-related issues and propose solutions;
  • Monitor processes associated with customer software;
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and respectful manner;
  • Test (verify) solutions prior to their implementation in customer environments;
  • Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement;
  • Document software support activities;
  • Review work log and customer feedback periodically – together with supervisor and other analysts and technicians – to identify and implement opportunities for improvement;
  • Assist with the implementation of software applications at new airline customers.
  • Build and develop a professional and productive working relationship with the Global Team of Engineers, Account Managers, Product managers, Implementation, or external service providers to meet customer expectations regarding the resolution of issues / service requests.

About the ideal candidate:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor`s Degree
  • Software application support analyst experience, preferably in airline revenue management;
  • Capability to investigate cases by correlating application behavior, application logs and configuration setup to customer questions.
  • Firm understanding of a software development cycle;
  • Accountability, Autonomy and Proactivity, to provide customers with a high level of continuous service and support, while managing priorities.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, willing to relate and work closely with all stakeholders.
  • Can effectively adapt to different situations and demands.
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Ability to work 10AM-7PM Monday- Friday with rotating on-call schedule
