Unicity International Customer Service Agent Position in Bogotá Unicity International, a global health and wellness company, is seeking commercial advisors/agents to join our customer service team in Bogotá. This role focuses on serving the Latin markets in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Position Details:
Schedule:Sunday to Sunday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Location: North Bogotá Office - Near 93 Park Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Inbound and Chat campaigns)
Market knowledge
Ability to address and resolve PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims) on first contact
Strong documentation skills
Adherence to KPI indicators
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Multitasking abilities
Basic Excel skills
English proficiency at C1 level
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.
Create and manage customer accounts.
Update customer records with accurate information.
Address and resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs and information.
Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
