About the Role:
Reclatam is seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team and work remotely. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing client communications of the law firms associated to Rec Latam, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role requires flexibility, as shifts will rotate to cover both day and night hours. This means you will work some shifts during the night and others during the day.

- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adapt to rotating shifts, covering both day and night.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of personal injury is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
