Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound calling, market research, and other sales strategies. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role requires a strong understanding of technical sales, customer service, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Spanish is highly desirable. Duties:
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify new sales leads and generate new business opportunities
Research the market and gather information about potential customers and their needs
Utilize sales strategies to engage with potential customers and build rapport - Identify and qualify potential customers, determining whether they are a good fit for our products or services
Negotiate and schedule appointments for our sales representatives - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our potential customers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this information to improve sales strategies and techniques
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Skills:
Proven experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or technical sales
Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Proficiency in Salesforce or other sales automation software
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
Fluency in Spanish & English
Strong market research skills and the ability to identify new sales opportunities - Experience with sales strategies and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
