Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Guarantee funds to pay Payroll, tax, local vendors and inter-co with surplus. Weekly cash flow report.
- Support FX Hedge and Spot transactions.
- Monitor/execute local payments to be sure they are correct and flow smoothly.
- Daily bank accounts reconciliation.
- Provide support information to Central Bank for inter-co approval
- AP: create tickets in IO and TDP tools according to DOA, send to EY invoices for tax coding, follow up invoices status with Manila COS team.
- Support to vendors and requestors of payment information.
